You don’t have to be an acrobat to do Yoga. We invite you to do Yoga your way by exploring what exercises are good for you. Our experienced teachers and their various backgrounds make every class a unique experience.
At RE:TREAT, we focus on the essential and have developed an offer of seven different formats:
Yoga for Everyone: Yoga is fun because everyone can do it.
We start slowly, show you breathing exercises, talk about posture and alignment and support you if you are suffering from injury. All ages, genders and levels are welcome. RE:START draws inspiration from Hatha Yoga, Anusara Yoga, Meridian Yoga and yogic therapy.

Yoga in Motion was developed by Malika Fankha and combines elements of contemporary dance with martial arts and Vinyasa to create a dynamic flow. Yoga in Motion is for everybody that enjoys moving to music and is curious to experience their practice from a new perspective.
