This workshop is an opportunity to gain deeper knowledge and wisdom of the inner workings of the mind, nervous system and physiology of the body.
Michael will be teaching some valuable techniques to balance the mind and body through breathing techniques, lifestyle changes and deepen your understanding of yourself as an individual. All coming from the wisdom of Hatha Yoga and Ayurveda.
It is an introduction to the science of the breathing referred to as Pranayama in the yogic tradition. Pranayama is essentially the science of controlling the mind and nervous system through the breath. Participants will learn simple but powerful ways to control the nervous system through breathing techniques and life style changes to create more balance and well being. The workshop will have a very special Sound Bath Yoga Nidra with Singing Bowls and Digeridoo with Andreas.
All levels are welcome.
